Repairs & Maintenance

We don’t just sell kilns — we can also help keep your existing kiln in good working order.

We offer limited repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services, helping to extend your kilns working life and address any general wear, damage or deterioration.

Our general repairs and maintenance service does not include specialist electrical (electrician) or gas repair (Class B Gas Plumber) work.

Where required, an appropriately licensed & qualified provider will be commissioned.

our services:

We can quote for a range of repairs & maintenance:

  • Kiln brick and refractory repairs
  • Lid, door and hinge repairs and adjustments
  • Replacement and fitting of elements
  • Replacement of worn or damaged components
  • Kiln refurbishment and restoration
  • Cleaning and general preventative maintenance

If you're unsure whether we can help with a particular repair, simply contact us with some photos and a description of the problem.

Equipment should be brought to our factory for assessment and repair.

Working in our workshop gives our team access to the appropriate tools, equipment and materials and will generally be the most efficient and economical option. However for larger kilns or equipment that cannot easily be transported, please contact us to discuss what options might be available.

Call-out, travel and labour charges apply, and availability will depend on your location and the nature of the work required. In some cases, we may recommend that components or equipment be returned to our workshop for more extensive repairs.
